Artist's Comments

Well this one was a commission that I just finished last week, one of the last of my summer. It shows a character from the Wilderhom trilogy, an ambassador for her race, a Kemsa KelTaq. Kemsa is a felocanid phur, something that is a cougar-fox hybrid humanoid--and she was suppossed to be quite stunning. This was actually a lot of fun for me, I forget how much I enjoy doing this kind of work after spending so much time and effort at school, where there's so much pressure.

I love the colors, orange and blue match perfectly. The tail is gorgeously fluffy, I love it. And the background
is amazing. Good job! (oh, and of course I will fav this... :giggle: )

Everything about this painting is amazing. The beautiful starscape, the soft hair and fur, the velvet shine of the pillows, the pose and all the little details of anatomy, the orange glow from the blanket, the... the... *head asplodes*
